AI Policy

How LedgeSure designs, deploys and governs artificial intelligence — including GenovaIQ — so acceleration never comes at the cost of control, explainability or client trust.

1. Purpose

This AI Policy sets out how LedgeSure uses artificial intelligence in our products, internal operations and client engagements. AI is a tool to accelerate integration discovery, design and delivery — not a substitute for professional judgement, architecture ownership or client decision rights.

2. Principles

  • Human-in-the-loop — material AI outputs that affect architecture, migration design or go-live readiness require qualified human review and sign-off.
  • Grounded generation — GenovaIQ is designed to operate against structured knowledge and approved context, not unconstrained free-form invention of enterprise artefacts.
  • Transparency — we disclose where AI materially contributes to deliverables and how outputs should be validated.
  • Security & privacy — client data used with AI capabilities is handled under contractual, access and retention controls aligned with our Privacy Policy.
  • Fitness for purpose — AI recommendations are advisory until accepted by designated stakeholders.

3. GenovaIQ & delivery

GenovaIQ supports migration and modernisation programmes through multi-agent workflows for discovery, design, build assistance and related governance gates. Outputs such as interface maps, design suggestions and generated artefacts are intended to compress effort — not to remove accountability from architects, engineers or programme owners.

Client-specific configurations, approval gates and operating models are agreed during engagement scoping.

4. Human oversight

Critical decisions — including target architecture, cutover strategy, production deployment and acceptance of generated artefacts — remain with named humans. We design delivery methods so AI accelerates execution while preserving clear ownership and auditability.

5. Data use in AI

Where client environments, metadata or artefacts are processed by AI-assisted tooling, we limit use to the contracted purpose, apply least-privilege access, and do not use client confidential data to train public foundation models unless explicitly agreed in writing. Retention follows engagement and privacy terms.

6. Accountability

LedgeSure leadership is accountable for this policy. Practice leads and delivery managers are responsible for applying it on engagements. We review AI usage as platforms, regulations and client expectations evolve.
