Ravikumar (Ravi) is the Co-founder and CEO of LedgeSure, with close to 25 years leading technology services businesses globally, first as Managing Director of Unisys India and later as Global Delivery Head at TIBCO. Across those years, Ravi developed a deep, practical understanding of enterprise technology, and a conviction that integration is where most transformation efforts are won or lost.

At LedgeSure, Ravi heads a specialist integration engineering firm, helping enterprises build, modernize, and migrate the complex systems that hold their business together, an ambition now reflected in Genova IQ, LedgeSure's proprietary AI-led migration tool. His approach is people-first and trust-based, rooted in the belief that staying technically relevant is the only way to stay valuable, for clients and teams alike.
